Lodging and Cost
The full cost of the retreat includes the cost for lodging, use of facilities, catered dinners, support for organizers, contribution to maintain and grow the infrastructure for Camp Wildroot and Ravens Ridge, and a 5% Native Land Tax.
The full price of the retreat is the total of the lodging option you choose plus $150-350 per person to cover organizer support (non-lodging costs, see above).
Discounts
- Sliding Scale: All prices are offered with a sliding scale range to accommodate a range of financial situations and limit barriers for those who feel called to attend. Please carefully consider what you can afford and that paying the full rate helps to support those who contribute at the lowest rate.
- Buddying-up, sharing a tent: Stay with someone you know and you can split the lodging rate between you both.
- BIPOC and trans folk: If you share a tent, split the lodging rate and only pay 1 organizer support fee total (both people must still make a proposal offering. Be sure that both people make a note that you are applying jointly and intend to share a tent in your application).
- Do you feel called to participate, but these options are still not affordable to you? Please apply with your proposal and give a brief explanation of your situation and what you are able to offer as payment in the provided additional information section of the application.
Lodging Options
The prices below include the cost for lodging and infrastructure use for the whole retreat weekend only. For the full retreat cost, also add $150-350 per person to cover organizer support.
- Small bell tents on wooden platforms with full-size bed on frame (3 available). These are set up the hill in the woods and require the ability to walk up a steep trail and a couple of steps. Sleep 2. $225-300
- Large bell tent on wooden platform with queen-sized bed on frame with option for additional inflatable mattress or cot (1 available). This is located in the meadow near the outdoor kitchen and other group gathering areas and facilities. It is the most accessible physically, as it is close to the parking area and on relatively level land. (It is possible for as many as 4 people to share this tent) $350-525
- Pitch your own tent camping. Several spots available in the meadow and up the hill in the woods. 1-4 person tents only. $150-250
- Commute to the land for activities, but stay overnight elsewhere. Check-in about parking availability and the possible need to carpool ahead of time. $75-150

Itinerary
On arrival day, you may arrive as early as 4pm to get settled, with preference to arrive by 8pm at latest, so there is enough light to get acquainted with surroundings and accommodations before dark. A nourishing dinner is offered at 6:30pm, made from fresh ingredients, with allergy and food sensitivity accommodations available.
The itinerary for the retreat days, Friday through Sunday, will be developed once the proposals are reviewed and the final selections are made. I will communicate with the campers to determine when the best timing for their offerings will be and share a schedule at least 2 weeks ahead of our retreat.
An activity calendar will be created with ample time for rest and reflection scheduled in between camper-led offerings.
All dinners will be provided. Campers will be responsible for their own Breakfasts, Lunches, and snacks. There is a well-stocked outdoor kitchen available for campers to use, with some refrigerator space available.
