Summarize the activity/offering that you will facilitate with the retreat group of no more than 10 campers. If you plan to collaborate with another camper on your offering, please submit the same proposal and include the name of the collaborator at the end of the proposal field. Be sure to address the following in your proposal: Why do you want to do this activity in the group? What experience supports you in facilitating this activity? How do you see this activity connecting to the theme, “Unfurl into Your Wildest Shape?” What materials or equipment do you need for your activity (tables, paper, etc.)? What are the accessibility needs for this activity? (for example: ability to walk or move in a certain way), Include the name of any collaborator (optional)Choose a Camp Session *August 20-23rdAugust 27-30thI can attend either sessionI am offering 2 sessions of Camp Wildroot this year. If there aren’t enough campers to offer both sessions, I will only offer 1. If you have flexibility to attend either session let me know and I will take that into consideration when making final decisions once the proposal deadline passes. Lodging Choice *Large bell tent with queen bed on frame and option for additional inflatable mattress or cot. Most accessible physically as it is close to the parking area and on relatively level land. (It is possible for as many as 4 people to share this tent) $350-525Small bell tents on wooden platforms with full bed on frame (3 available). These are set up the hill in the woods and require ability to walk up a steep trail and a couple of steps. $225-300Pitch your own tent camping. Several spots available in meadow and up the hill in the woods. 1-4 person tents only. $150-250Commuting to land for activities, but staying overnight elsewhere. Check in about parking availability and the possible need to carpool ahead of time. $75-150Choose 1 lodging choice. For those sharing a tent, divide the number in half. Organizer Support Fee: $150-350/person *This cost compensates organizers, pays for catered dinners, contributes to grow and sustain the infrastructure at Camp Wildroot and Ravens Ridge, and goes to a 5% Native Land Tax. distinguish to Wildroot Total Retreat Cost (Lodging + Organizer Support Fee) *Enter the total of your lodging and organizer support fee here. If your proposal is selected a deposit to hold your spot will be requested and then the full amount will be required by August 15th at the latest.Dinner will be provided each night, cooked from fresh ingredients with openness to accommodating most food allergies and sensitivities.
